Post Partum Yoga

Our Postpartum Yoga Series is designed to help alleviate stress, fatigue, and depression while supporting your Postpartum recovery.  Babies up to 9 months are welcome! We invite you to join us and become a part of our supportive community, as motherhood is a journey best taken together.
Our weekly postpartum restorative yoga class:

  • Strengthens pelvic floor muscles
  • Helps to regain strength and endurance
  • Reduces stress, anxiety, and the impact of postpartum mood disorders
